Hollywood Collision Center

The team at Hollywood Collision took really good care of me and my baby! What started as an extremely frustrating situation involving someone's kid hitting my parked car turned into an amazing experience with this center. They were kind, patient, understanding, ready to answer my questions, and did a phenomenal job on my babygirl! I quite literally hugged my car when I picked her up lol. They fixed my fender, my front bumper, and even one of my rims that was hit in the accident. She looked brand new and I was beyond pleased. Thank you to Frandy, Jose, and Henry specifically for assisting me from start to finish. Blessings!

I’ve used Hollywood Collision on multiple occasions. Each time I left satisfied with the work they’ve done. Fast and efficient. Their customer service is top tier. The fact that I was able to be picked up from there by the rental agency and was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my vehicle was indeed my favorite part. With the stress and anxiety that comes with an accident, Hollywood collision made this process a breeze. Almost once a week I would receive an update about my car, which was also a plus to me. 10 out of 10 I highly recommend.

I came to Hollywood Collision Center after accidentally hitting something with my car. Reggie was extremely helpful, honest, and professional from the moment I arrived. He took the time to inspect my vehicle, clearly explained what he found, and got me back on the road quickly. It’s hard to find people who are both knowledgeable and honest, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Hollywood Collision Center and would definitely return if I ever needed them again.

I have had the pleasure of working with this collision center for more than 15 years, and I simply cannot say enough great things about them. They took a vehicle with serious front-end damage and restored it to full driving condition — and that's no small feature. The quality of their work was so impressive that I kept that car for another four years before moving on. In fact, I made a habit of finding vehicles with solid engines and transmissions and bringing them here to be restored, and they delivered every single time. What sets this shop apart isn't just the craftsmanship — it's the people. The staff is consistently courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and make you feel like a valued customer from the moment you walk in. I've since relocated out of Florida, but the quality of their work stays with me. I'm actually seriously considering making the drive back down to have them do some custom work on my 2018 Camaro while visiting with family and friends — that's how much confidence I have in this team. If you're in the area and need bodywork, repairs, or customization, look no further. These folks are the real deal. Highly

I have to say, I’m absolutely impressed every time I visit Reggie and his team. Not only are they courteous, friendly, and make you feel like family — their level of knowledge and craftsmanship is truly one of a kind. From the mechanics to the collision specialists, their work speaks for itself. I trust no one with my car but Reggie. I’ve brought my car in several times — from needing a new oil pan and alternator to being in a serious accident. When I had a fender bender, they took my car in without hesitation, handled everything with the insurance company, and completely restored it. You would never even know I was in an accident — it looks brand new. I honestly can’t say enough about the care they put into their work — not just how my car looks, but how well it runs too. I recommend Reggie and his team to anyone, whether you need a small repair or major body work. Their shop is clean, professional, and every time I drop my car off, I know I’m getting the most honest answers and the best service possible Thanks 🙏 for making my car look so good ! 😊 .
